At JobSetu India, we value the trust of our clients, employers, and job seekers. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for all users of our recruitment, job posting, and employment-related services.

1. Service Overview

JobSetu India provides the following services:

  • Job posting and recruitment services for employers

  • Resume submission and application support for job seekers

  • Premium visibility and featured job listings

  • Digital hiring and communication support services

As these services involve time-bound digital delivery and human-driven processes, our cancellation and refund rules differ based on service type.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Job Posting Services

  • Once a job post is published on JobSetuIndia.in, cancellation is not permitted.

  • If the employer wants to correct or update posted information, our team will assist without any additional cost (1-time edit allowed)

2.2 Recruitment or Hiring Packages

  • Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of payment may be considered only if work has not started.

  • After candidate sourcing, screening, or communication has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

2.3 Customized HR / Enterprise Services

  • For tailor-made hiring packages, once the project is initiated, no cancellation is allowed since manpower and resources are immediately allocated.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once purchased:

  • Job posting packages

  • Resume/Applicant database access

  • Employer branding or premium listing plans

  • Any digital service delivered instantly

3.2 Conditional Refund

A refund may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • Payment is deducted twice due to a technical error

  • Service not provided due to JobSetu India’s technical fault

  • Employer cancels within 24 hours and NO recruitment work has started

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. No-Hire / No-Candidate Guarantee

JobSetu India does not guarantee selection, hiring, or job placement.
Refunds cannot be claimed on the basis of:

  • Not receiving enough applicants

  • Candidates not matching your expectation

  • Employer not finding a suitable candidate

  • Candidate rejecting an offer

Hiring results vary depending on market conditions and client requirements.
