JobSetu India may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

5. Employer Responsibilities

Employers using JobSetu India agree to:

  • Avoid discriminatory hiring practices

  • Not charge job seekers any form of registration fee or placement amount

  • Not post misleading or illegal opportunities

  • Take full responsibility for the hiring decisions made through the platform

JobSetu India is not liable for any communication, transaction, or agreement between employers and job seekers.

6. Job Seeker Responsibilities

Job seekers agree to:

  • Provide correct details in resumes and applications

  • Not engage in fraudulent job applications

  • Not misuse employer contact information

  • Not share fake documents or misrepresent qualifications

JobSetu India is not responsible for any disputes between job seekers and employers

7. Service Limitations

JobSetu India is not a guaranteed placement agency.
We do not promise:

  • Job placement

  • Candidate selection

  • Hiring outcomes

  • Minimum number of applicants

We only act as a digital platform that connects employers and candidates.

8. Payments & Plans

  • All paid services are subject to our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

  • Fees once paid for job postings, premium listings, or hiring services are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

  • JobSetu India reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.

9. Content Ownership

All content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, and design, is the property of JobSetu India.
You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Modify

10. Third-Party Links
